High-torque tightening solution
The UR30 heavy-duty collaborative robot paired with the Estic high-torque tightening gun adopts Steady Mode. In this collaborative mode, the robot can automatically boost joint torque, eliminating the need for an external auxiliary arm to easily counteract the strong reaction force generated by the tightening gun. Under specific working conditions, the UR30 supports bolt tightening with a high torque of up to 350 Nm.
