Preface

To comprehensively improve the work safety management capabilities of employees and strengthen overall safety awareness, BINARY Intelligent Equipment (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. organized a special safety education training session on March 27, 2025 for personnel from the project, technical and engineering departments. The training aims to fully integrate the principle of “safety first, prevention foremost” into every production procedure.

Centered on the concept of “prevention-oriented training with full staff participation”, the session combined professional learning and assessment to upgrade the company’s safety management from passive response to active prevention, laying a solid safety foundation for the company’s high-quality development.

Safety Training

The training covered site admission regulations, personal safety dress standards, standardized construction procedures, and emergency response capability improvement, aiming to strengthen employees’ safety awareness and enhance their professional operational skills.

Demo practice

During the training, instructors demonstrated and practiced how to wear five-point safety harnesses. This helped construction staff fully grasp the wearing specifications and usage precautions for five-point harnesses used in high-altitude operations, ensuring safe and efficient work at heights.

After-class assessment

After the training, construction personnel from all departments completed a theoretical examination to strictly assess the training effectiveness and ensure tangible practical outcomes of the training program.

Conclusion

The successful completion of this training has not only strengthened employees’ safety awareness, but also enhanced team cohesion. Adhering to the principle of “safety first, prevention foremost”, BINARY will continue to strictly implement safety education requirements.
